    Question about meat.

    I had 700 grams of RAW SKINLESS BONELESS CHICKEN BREAST. I boiled them and there were only 400 grams left. So what do i write in my diet diary....4 times 100 grams or 7 times 100 grams. Which one is the indicator of protein grams/100 grams of chicken meat?????

    your confusing me, lol...if im not mistaken a 3oz chicken breast is approx. 32g protein...so use that as a guideline...im sure you can do conversion factors and simple mathematics...

    well...but is that after or before boiling it?
    i knew 100 grams of chicken breast have 22 grams protein.
