I know that talking about fina as well as any other juice can be a touchy subject. So for the sake of this post lets assume that I am a cow that is about 6'2 and weighs about 215 and has been doing weight training for approx. 1.5 yrs and am the ripe old age of 21. I have lost alot of weight and put on alot of lean mass, but now am starting to see my gains subside, i would like to continue muscle gains. I have heard from several people that fina is what i should take and thats what im leaning towards, however some people recomend decca. As far as gains and retention what is supperior, and if I take fina what should be supplemented with it, aside from the standard protien and other work out suppliments, and how severe if any can the side effects be?
