How much Test does your body naturally produce per day again?
i believe that it is 10mg of testosterone that is naturally produced by the body per day.
i remember reading anywhere from 4mg to 15mg has been tested on men, depends on your genetics..

I know boxers are not allowed to have sex a long time before a match but does it really do a difference???

The sex before competition rule is an old rumor. It has no factual basis at all.
not because it decreases test persay, its because it takes away energy/stamina...and usually what ive read about test production is 7-11mg daily...but i think the 4-15 mg is probably a bit more lenient...Quote:

Sex actually raises test levels. We had a bro here who thought he'd try to raise his test levels by flogging his dolphin. I don't know if it worked, but I'm sure he enjoyed it.
Bro...test level produced vary by age group. The older a person gets the less test they naturally produce. That is why 17-21 year old males are thought to reach their sexual prime in that time frame.
