Liquid Clen

I just ordered some liquid clen (120mcg)/ketotifen(3mg). I'm a little confused as to how to take it. Usually, when i take clen pills I take them throughout the day so by the time I work out, they are still in my system. But when I researched about the clen w/ ketotifen, it seems a lot of people like to take it b/4 bed b/c the keto makes you tired. That to me seems counterintuitive since firstly, clen it a stimulant and secondly that by the time I get on the tread mill at night, there will hardly any clen in my system (due to the short half life). Can someone provide some clarification on this matter?

if its the stuff by PPL - definitely take it at night at first or break it up in to very very small doses or it will knock you out and you will feel like an earthquake hit you. you can break it up in to 3 or four doses of a few drops at first and a heavier dose before bed - after a few weeks the sleepy effects seem to go away and then its no problem

It is a stimulant and your heart will be racing but at first the keto can make you tired but it sure does potentate the clen .
