Fellas,

First - thanks in advance for any help and advice.

Going to start a new cycle. I've used gear prior, but honestly, not very smartly. I am 6'0, 200, athletic build, not great, but not bad either. Looking to put on some weight, but more interested in the mirror versus the scale. I have the nutrition and weight training programs down, but I want to make sure my cycle is right before I begin. This is what I have right now - looking for the smart 10-12 week cycle. Again, thanks in advance!

2 bottles of Ara-test 250
2 bottles of Deca QV 300
2 bottles of Bold QV 200 (EQ)
1 bottle of Stanazolic (Winstrol)

Thoughts?

any prob w/this cycle..first, i'd only take deca or eq. there was a thread that talked about earlier this evening. called (any problems with this cycle?) i'm not sure about the winny. some people may take them both together. i know people that do...my opinion is as follows..

500mg test per week for 10 weeks
600 mg deca per week for 10 weeks ( or substitute eq for deca)
400 mg eq per week for 10 weeks


winny - taken at the end. mixed feed back on what week to start and for how long to run it. a vet or mod could awnser that better for you...hope this helps...Madmax

also, maybe throw some d-bols in there if you can get them..30-40 mg per day for 4 weeks...Madmax...

I agree that you don't really need to run the deca and EQ together.

TEST wks 1-12 400-600mg wk
EQ wks 1-12 400mg wk
Winny wks 8-12 50mg ED

its your first cycle, then why not try a simple test alone cycle. if your diet, training is in order then why go balls out the first time? imo.. many people use a complex stack to often for their fist time. i will be starting my first cycle in a week test cyp @ 400per week for 10weeks i exepect a keepable 15lbs if not more. that would be nice don't u think .

So, I guess the consenus is that you shouldn't run Eq and Deca in the same cycle at all? Is there any room for both? Deca stacked with the Test, then Eq stacked with the Winny?

Thoughts?

I'm going to agree here with bigwillystyle .. there is no need to have an elaborate stack this early in the game. You could, like BWS said, run Test only. Or if you have to add something else then make it either the Deca or Eq: wks 1-10 500 Test & 300 Deca (or 400 Eq). I feel it's best to keep it simple at first, and see how your body reacts, jmo.

Sure, you can run Eq and Deca together. Many guys who run say a .. Test/Eq/Winny cycle, will throw in a little Deca to ease the joint pain caused by Winny. It all comes down to a matter of preference; but if you're just starting out, it's probably best to keep it simple .. there's always room for more down the road if need be.

I would run test , and eq as one cycle
then later run the winny and deca
the winny drys out your joints and the deca stops this
myself i can't do winny tabs or injectables without deca
ive got a bad knee joint with screws in it
and for me to do winny with out deca would be really painful
just my preferance
also i never stack over 2 types of gear
ive alway got better results wit just 2
my best bulk cycle was test and eq
my best cuttin cycle is deca and winny
next year im jumpin in the fina and test cycle
you can always make gains on 2 types of gear i think anything over that is overkill and give you some bad sides
