19 is too young. Actually 21 is too young also. The doctors give that stuff to kids, but only small doses, not what we use. If your growth plates haven't fused, don't take it.
what if you take it before your plates fuse is it possible to grow a couple inches?
highly doubtful you will grow past your genetic limit, unless you have that..cant remember the name of the disease. The one andre the giant and george mueresson had.

At that age you are way to young to experience the benefits of growth. Save your money.
shouldnt really touch it till your are at least 25 years old. Shouldnt touch juice till you are at least 21 or 22.
Go buy some 1-test, creatine, and some weight gainer. Along with a good bulking diet and training routine you should get some decent growth on that.
