Whats you cycle?
Most jump start with 35-50mgED for wks 1-4 but if your using another short acting ester, than jumpstarting is nor neccessary.
i was thinkin hit like 4 pills a day either the 10th or 12th week in
what mg pills? if you dont know when and how to start dbol, you're probably goin to want to do a bit more reading/research before you done some irreversable damage...good luck and be careful

why does it have to be 16 weeks???? You are too young first, to use testo, and you natural production will be totally shut down, it's more effective too do short cycles, 8-10 weeks, why you think everyone does shorter cycles???

ok, do less then, but I would never cycle longer than 10 weeks on test, and probably never longer then 8. It's your body. As I said, it's finally your responsibillity to make a cycle that is good for you, a 16 week cycle when you're 20 as a first cycle is not a good idea,

first ofcourse. You could take some at the end of the cycle, after you ended sust, before clomid, but then you don't need so mutch, perhaps 20mg for 2 weeks.

you don't know any basic shit man, if you're planing a 16 week cycle with 250 mg sust/w and 200mg deca/w you don't know a shit. Only reson to do a longer cycle is to increase gains or perhaps if you're a hardcore roider, and have problems gaining or keep gains, but with dose dosages and your stats, I can't se the point. You'll only mess up your body, but you probably won't listen to me anyway, I really don't care, but do some more research for your own good
