What to do!?!?!?!?
I am coming off of a 5 month layoff from training and am looking to compete again in September. I currently weigh 200lbs and need to compete at 193lbs. Any ideas on what to take and when in order to obtain results necessary? Other than getting my a$# in gear, should I start the "stuff" right away, or wait a little bit to get back into the groove. I am thinking of starting with something simple like cypionate and primo, what do you guys think? All feedback is welcome and thank you.

When you say compete do you mean BB or another sport?

Your needing to drop 7pds? Just diet.

Compete in BB. I would love to just be able to diet and be ready, however, I am not able to just drop 7 lbs and compete, I am not that close to competition weight. I have to put on some mass first and go from there. Any suggestions?
