which is better to take while on ...

At the end of my cycle i am going to run hcg .

Should i run NOLVADEX or ARIMIDEX to prevent any possible gyno?

I plan on also running it a week after finishing the clomids. So that would be three weeks. Should i run it for longer?

If you have the money, I would use the A-dex throughout cycle and clomid with nolva on hand for any chance of rebound.

I think it's more of a matter of preference (or availabilty/price), both are effective anti-e's. After reading a fairly recent article in MD, I myself prefer Nolva. The article talked about the particular sides of both A-dex and Nolva, I can't remember the exacts but it did say that Nolva was the safer of the two .. the article referred to A-dex raising cholesterol levels.
