Ok its mayby easier if i add my goals. I did my first cycle 6 month ago and i am now looking forward to my next starting in April. My last cycle where 12 weeks whit sust and deca i gained almost 15 kilos and kept 12 kg after that cut some and my weight is now 103 kilos. My next cycle is prob something like this:
Wk 1-4 propionat 100 ed
Wk 1-14 sust 250 eod
Wk 1-13 deca 500 ew
And im goin to add some Hgh if it is availbel.
Pct nolva and clomid.
My goals is to cut some fat and get more ripped, weigh about 100 kilos and hard. Last time i respond very well and gained alot, this time i dont want to gain that much. I know that there is no easy way to get ripped but ther must be some ways that is better than others...The question is before, during or after?

You would probably want to switch the deca for some eq if it's available... That would give you that harder, vascular look you're going for. With a cycle like you have planned, it is most certainly possible to get cut while making some good gains.
