ive been off since the summer, and i dont plan on doing another cycle until this summer, im still a newbie though.....at the beginning of this semester i maxed out at 265 on bench, 335 on squats, and 220 on power cleans...i maxed this week and i had great gains and all natural at that...bench---300.....squats---405....power cleans---255....im 5'10", 200 lbs, and 13% bf...im pretty happy with my gains
