6'0, 200, more interested in the mirror than the scale, used gear prior, but just Sustenon 250 alone - not smart, I know, but first time. This is what I have so far - wondering what you guys think about it.
Weeks 1-10
Sustenon 250 - 500mg/week
Eq 200 - 400mg/week
Weeks 10-20
Deca 300 - 600mg/week
Winny 50 - 200mg/week
I've done the Sust/Deca stack before but I bloated really bad - does the swap of the Eq and Deca make a difference - good or bad?

also not a good idea to run winny for 10 weeks straight - gonna tear up your liver. winny should be spoken in terms of days, not weeks, since you should be taking it at least every day, if not every other day, for it to be effective.
if you're interested in the mirror look, then how about some anti-e's ??? never know if you'll get gyno, but that sure won't look pretty on the beach.

Id run it like this
SUST 500 1-12
EQ 400 1-12
Winny 7-14
I'd replace the sust with enanthate and run it like this...
wk 1-12 enanthate @ 500mg/wk
wk 1-12 eq @ 400mg/wk
wk 9-14 winny @ 50mg/ed
I wouldn't run the deca at 600mg/wk the first time you are putting yourself at a very high risk of getting gyno with that dose. Also a 20 week cycle will shut you down really really hard. If you are sure you want to run a 20 week cycle there are better options than the one you posted.
Honestly, just a little confused - trying to figure out the good/bad and how I should stack the Deca and/or Eq. Would it be worth it to run the Deca at the end with the Winny? Can't figure out where the Deca and the Eq fit in.
Does it make sense to add the Deca with Sust and the Eq, running Winny at the end?
I do have Clomid and HCG for the end of the cycle - failed to add to my original post.

Pick either deca or eq. Run the deca for 10 weeks preferably if you choose that. Run the EQ for 12 if you choose that. Run Winny at the end of the cycle. Throw in some test (preferably enanthate over sust) to keep your libido up and increase gains. Personally I would do test/eq/winny.
