poeple who have injected into a vein...
Some of u know the lovely feeling that ensues after... I was wondering how long have u had those symptoms last.. I did it over 2 days ago and I still cant take a deep breath or I start coughing... NE1 else have this and if so when did the symptoms finally clear.

cause they wont do anything I cant get done at home... Im in a situation that I wont go to the docs unless its very severe.. Its a small town where I study (gonna be a doctor in a few years) and there is a big chance I might bump into my teachers if I go to see some specialist, a very big chance. Im also very big in local standards so they will remember me too.. Ofcourse if the situation worsens I would go but it seems to get slightly better.

if I do that they will say its probably an infection and tell me to rest.. =)
Trust me I know.. I have listened to my lungs and they sound fine. I believe that the average doctor would have no idea about this kind of thing anyway. People sometimes dont realise how little GP's actually know. I only realized this after starrting to study medicine.. After that Ive heard docs countless times give me general stuff that can be applied to almost all situation.. I dont know why but they hardly ever say: Im not sure, maybe I should ask from some one who knows , or better yet, send you to some one who knows. I have become a firm believer of second opinions and checking up on all the advise I get from "real doctors".

I understand your situation with the small town. This might be worthy of a road trip though. If it continues, get a friend to drive you.

Damn brother, you are going to be a doctor and you are asking us for advise? lol...why not go to a doc clinic in another town, county or state if the case is that your town is too small, that way no one will know your business. but i think it can be the nervousness thats causing you to breath and cough that way, sort of like a panic stress type of thing. but im no doc i could be wrong. good luck

Hehe.. its not that bad, if it was I would do sumin about that. Im merely asking if ne1 has had the same thing happen to them.. u know anecdotal evidence had its place.. Almost impossible to find info on this from any of my textbooks etc..

I've injected several times where I just passed through the other side of the vein and some of the hormone entered the blood stream. Usually lasts a few minutes for me. When I begin to inject I do it very slowly. This way if I begin to cough I'll immediately withdraw the syringe and keep my coughing episode to a minimum.

yup... gonna do that in the future and also aspirate again in the middle maybe.. For some reason I seem to be prone to that. Only thing that makes me wonder is this time Im still feeling a lil weird in my lungs.. Its getting slowly better but now, like many days after, if I breath in deep I start to cough when I exhale.. And it feels exactly the same kind of cough.. Im wondering if this time Imanaged to get more oil in or sumin.. dunno..
