clenbuterol cause of my kneck rash?

so my first two weeks i took 40mcg a day of clen , took a week off. I started again about a week ago this time planning on increasing a few days into it but i got this irritated looking rash on the left side of my kneck. I'd say it takes up about 30% of my kneck and its defenitely noticably red, not only that but it swells up a good amount making me think its not topical. I'm on acne pills(not accutane) and i use all sorts of creams but not on that particular part of my body. the rash only appears post-workout for about a hour then goes away in about a hour. I'm going to the doctor but i can't mention the clens, i'd like to know if anyone has ever experienced something like this before?

clen CAN cause red blotchy patches....for it it was on my forearms

It could be a heat rash form the higher temp because of the clen and the increased blood flow and temp during training.
