    elbow....!

I am a baseball player I have lately felt some discomfort in my back elbow.. feels sore..I have been icing my elbow for 20 mins after I throw..It has gotten significantly better.. although I still feel some soreness..I read GLUTAMINE is good for the joints.. Should I start taking glutamine?

will it make a difference and alleviate my soreness??

It will take about 2-3 months for the glucosomine to kick in. It works well i take 2 grams ED it has helped me with shoulder and knee problems.

where exactly in your "back" elbow is it hurting ??? in the groove between the bones (around your "funny bone") ??? that's your radia ulna nerve or ulna radia nerve or whatever. anyways, just keep icing it after you throw (15 or 20 min). ask your trainer to give you some ultrasound, maybe some stem (muscle pump setting) before along with a heat pad.
