9-10% bf.
Like I said I only sacue once a year, I start in May.
I just want to gain 6-8 pounds of lean muslce after I am done with this cycle, (I don't want water retention). I was thinking of just doing Primo's and Winny.
Week 1-5 500mgs weekly Primo
Week 5-10 50ED Winny

I have done 2 cycles before. Test by itself(stupid I know) I hated it because I was bloated as hell. And Deca /Winny I liked that cycle....
Any advice would be appreciated.
