Clem - Cytomel, set up and step method.

I would like to set up a 4 to 6 week clem and cytomel cycle. I have 100 cytomel and 50 clem. I am not sure which one gets cut up into 1/4, 1/2 or full tabs? I know there is a formula for a build up and coming off. I would like the safest leaning out formula, ie, easiest on the body/thyroid. Also, anything else to take with this. Will be on deca/cyp, but should i take any special vitamins or increase water, and to what amount. I know you don't have to go to extremes like with DNP, but want to play it safe. Thanks bros.
