I am a competetive Brazilian jiu jitsu fighter who supplements with weight training. I am NOT looking for much size(weight classes) and consider Side effects and liver safety PARAMOUNT. I want to run 300mg of primo a week for a little strength and quality and recovery time. Will I need clomid and will this shut down my own test production, what type of gains can I expect - PLEASE ANY INSIGHT WOULD BE appreciated
Primo is one of the cleanest AAS you can get. It won't raise your liver enzymes to extreme levels...if at all. I know women that take 100mgs a week and look great with no sides. If you run 300mgs a week, I would run it for 12 weeks. Here are a couple quick questions.
Is this your first cycle?
How many have you done before?
Plan on running anything esle with it?
How is your diet?
What are your current stats?

I am about 180 lbs with vry little bodyfat 10% maybe
my diet is heavy on the protein with with carbs and fat very moderate
FYI - I am NOT looking for much size if any - just a little quality and strength.
Will this shut my test down and would I need Clomid??

You will not be completely shutdown but there will be pretty heavy suppression. I would recommend clomid post cycle.
