I went to the pahrmacy and had my blood pressure taken on one of those machines you sit on and put your arm through the hole....anyway, my blood pressure is 156/65
156 = Systolic
65 = Diastolic (sp?)
Is it really high? If so, what can I do to help normalize it.

Don't get too concerned BR, you just ended your cycle up right? Wait about a month after you finish your cycle, and your BP will start to drop. Mine before cycle was 140/60, and on cycle ranged from 156/70 - 170/90. I can feel it already starting to drop -- for example, my head isn't pounding as much throughout the day. I'll get it checked on friday, I'm guessing mid 150's
120/80 is considered normal range. The bottom number is your main concern. Never let it get above 95. If so, have it checked by the DR. BTW, cardio will help tremendously in lowering your BP.
