How to Use and When to Use??? Please Help

Hello Everyone.

First of all my Name is Ahmad, I have recently bought myself 13Mlz of Sustom 250 and would like to use to put lots of muscles and get big. Can someone please help me that has experience and tell me how to use it and when to use it and how often i should go gym and how long i should workout. Please help. I did my first Ml today at 10AM, Thank you so much

Welcome! Listen you need to start reading immediately! What are your stats, age, training experience, goals. What does your cycle look like? Whats your diet and training regimen? What pct protocol are you going to use?

Sounds like you should sell it to someone else and buy it again when your ready or atleast start going to the gym first lol

I have already started going Gym.

I train an Hour 4 days a Week. I weigh 65KG and im 22, I eat 3 times a day and i have bought protein and creatine to start using. my body type is atlatic so my goals are to get Big like Vin disel. Thanks you for your help
