Vitex
Could someone explain exactly what this is actually intended for. Just curious because the clerk at the vitamin looked at me like I was crazy when I asked for it. Then looked at my wife as if it was for her. Thanks for all replys

I think its used like an natural anti-estrogen. I have heard it can help with Gyno in some cases.

Vitex is the herbal form of bromocriptine. Worjs in some for reducing prolactin related gyno. Far inferior to Bromo.
