Ok where to shoot...

I am doing Prop for the first 4 weeks of my cycle of Eth/EQ. So basically Prop EOD for 4 weeks and Eth/EQ twice a week. I dont want my ass to be a pin cushion, but I have done my last 2 cycles there. I cannot do Dbol do to some Meds I'm on so Prop is my only choice. How easy is a quad injection? And where exactly do I stick it. Also what size pins do you use for that. I use 23G 1.5" for glutes..

quad injections are the easiest of any injection because you can use both hands and its right there in your lap! You want to go slightly outside, and about halfway, but you need to look at the pictures on spotinjections.com. They are helpful. Also you should try delt injections, theyre not bad either but its a one hand job. 23g 1.5 is fine for any location in my opinion, just leave about half an inch out when going into delts, bis or tris.

Check out spotinjections.com bro. He has some good pics for injection sites. Also leave 1/4 inch out for your quads bro.

Make sure your not standing on it when you inject either... I did that and couldnt walk for 2 days. uGh...
