I'm a novice and was wondering if anyone can explain the basic schedule os a cycle : I see cycles on the net so when we read that we should take 250 mg sust. a week : is that 1 time a week, 3 times? what intervals please?.

250mg EW = Each week depending on the strenght per cc/ml will depend on the number of injections

It really varies from person to person, stack to stack. If you're a novice I would recommend starting at the attached link. Lots of great info. Also bro, it really helps us when you post your stats (age, ht., wt,), training experience, diet and goals. We're here to help but give us a little background info so we can give you sound, logical, safe advice.

good info pete. at the time i'm writing this post, you're still our newest member. hopefully you've been here as a guest, but it always scares me when soemone registers and then immediately posts. anyway, welcome. 250 mg of sus is usually one cc. thus the name sus 250. most people take at least two amps a week, broken down into two shots. read the link that pete posted, and hopefully that should answer most of your questions
