Anyone eperience this from Fina? What helps??

I know winni is know for drying out joints and making tendons and ligaments weaker but has anyone experienced this from fina? Man I played rugby this week-end and firstly my calf muscle cramped so bad I couldn't walk for a few hours and then I also suffered a hyper-extension in my right leg. Can this be due to the fina? What can I do to speed up the recovery from the hyper-extension? Any help bros??

Don't lock out and be sure to thoroughly warm up. When doing Tricep Extensions I'll do about 4-5 warm up sets because my elbows need the local blood flow and warm up before the pain eases up.

Also, if you work out in a cold gym - jump on some cardio to bring up your body temperature, that will do wonders as well. You can also choose to wear warmer clothing. Cold gyms are a horrible thing (GH response to exercise is best in warmer gyms too) but unfortunatly many gym owners will cut back on heating bills to save their expenses.
