If you have used Arimidex before, what was the longest time you have used it for, non stop? Do you guys thing the effectivness of arimidex could diminish the longer u use it? Just a hypothetical question, coz I need to imagine and know what will happen to the effectivness of arimidex if used for 24 weeks non stop.

lol. No not breast cancer, just a 6 month cycle. But I will decrease the dose to half for the second half of the cycle.
It will not downgrade in effectiveness, but anastrozole will have a negative impact on your lipid profile when run for such a lengthy period of time. You might want to look into using aromasin (exemestane) instead of arimidex/liquidex (anastrozole) as it will favor your lipid profile much more.
what do you mean by lipid profile?
Your lipid profile is your cholesterol levels (HDL/LDL), extensive usage of anastrozole screws up your HDL/LDL ratio.
