    The longest intake of arimidex.

If you have used Arimidex before, what was the longest time you have used it for, non stop? Do you guys thing the effectivness of arimidex could diminish the longer u use it? Just a hypothetical question, coz I need to imagine and know what will happen to the effectivness of arimidex if used for 24 weeks non stop.

It will not downgrade in effectiveness, but anastrozole will have a negative impact on your lipid profile when run for such a lengthy period of time. You might want to look into using aromasin (exemestane) instead of arimidex /liquidex (anastrozole) as it will favor your lipid profile much more.

Your lipid profile is your cholesterol levels (HDL/LDL), extensive usage of anastrozole screws up your HDL/LDL ratio.
