What Is The Best Protein Powder To Take During A Cycle
Hey bros....Merry Xmas.
I am gearing up (no pun intended) for a new cycle and just wanted to know what the best protein powder out their was to take...I used to take designer back in the late 80's and early 90's but since then alot of progress has been made so what is everybody's opinion

THE ONLY protein I use is SHAKLEE brand PHYSIQUE, it's the only thing that I can recover with in the shortest amount of time. So I can workout more often. It has the perfect ratio of carb and protein to promote recovery. It also has amino acids that no other source I can find has. The quality is superb and SHAKLEE has spent more in proven research than any other manufacturer. Another interesting fact is that their protein is also engineered over absorbtion studies, which NO other manufacterer has even researched. Bottom line is that IT WORKS! NO SHIT!

I think anything that you can put down all the time. Something that you like the taste, and can drink it all the time. I like EAS simply protien 5lbs tubs. Add some glutamine and your ready to go!

I like myoplex, I add a banana, frozen berries, some ice, and grape cell tech. It helps my recovery time pretty fast.

I use Prolab Whey Protein. Good concentration of mg of protein per serving. About 24grams protein PER 31grams serving. Some good shit!!!

I like to use products by Beverly International Nutrition very good imo, just expensive. I've looked others such as
Nlarge2 + LMM by Prolab
Extreme Whey by ABB
Vp2 by AST
Pro Complex by Optimum
Isopure
As long as you stay away from the gimmic companies like cytodyne and muscletech I think you'll be fine and you really can't beat the prices on some of those 5lb jugs.

i like isopure because of no carbs at night and extreme xxl in the morning tons of carbs a lot of sugar though

I like Muscle Milk and EAS Myoplex,I keep them rotated so I don't get tired of one or the other.Muscle Milk choclate or banana cream,Myoplex vanilla cream.

I just buy a 44lb (20kg) bag of pure whey protein isolate,just add milk or water & dextrose (post workout only).

i also thought of nitro-tech..those APM 60 have 60g per serving but you cant get all the powder to dissolve so its like drinking quick-sand

dude i love human development technologies pro-blend 55 - mocha cappucino flavor mixed with 20 ounces of 1% milk its great... makes 75 grams of protein per serving and over 500 calories, take that twice a day and just eat right and you'll grow well. im a hardgainer, i was 110 pounds at 5'9'' until my junior year of HS- and this stuff packs on weight for me. try it out.

I normally use the designer whey(Glycer lean) time released protien it's like 35g's per serving, plus it also taste good as shyt.
