dbol isnt for bridging bro. do a search on clomid, and hit us back with any question you have.
VERY low dose dbol (5mg/d) dosed first thing in the morning is the only way you can get away with using it as a bridge, not recommended b/c there are sooooo many more and better options out there.
The bridge is besides clomid.
BTW the best for bridging is about 20mg. in the mourning of anavar.

I disagree on the anavar thing, it is good but not the best. The best is gonna cost you.

The best bridges are ones with no androgenic effects whatsoever. The bottom line is that primo and anavar are still AAS (anabolic ANDROGENIC steroids) and WILL affect the HPTA even if it is mildly.
Yes they are AAS, but I preffer using them than Pgf2 or slin, mainly if the user is a rookie.
I agree those are not for rookies hell neither is bridging IMO, at least not for the first few cycles anyway.
I dont think bridging needs to be considered for a while...once you've gotten a few cycles under your belt - too many people have done a couple cycles and have the mentality that if they CAN do somehting then they should. More is better...right? Wrong. Use what works till it doesnt THEN start considering other alternatives like bridging between cycles etc. I see way too many people throwing 1200mg of test in on their 2nd or 3rd cycles when they dont even NEED that kinda test to begin with. Bridging is the same thing - wait till you've hit some sort of peak and bridging would be beneficial - and when you do bridge - DONT use dbol. Not really a good idea. When you start bridging you should probably start with anavar or primo etc.

Im with kizer on the selection of gear for bridgeing but I dont think its a nessasary set for most people. You should be a long way into your juiceing before you start messin with any bridges... Thats just my opinion tho...lol

My humble rules for being off AAS(as in allowing your hpta to restore):
no calorie restriction, but no pigging out either
no cardio
80-100g protein and 80-100g maltodextrin shake with 5g of Vitamin C post workout,
300mg DHEA/day (for cortisol management) for 6 weeks post
EC 25/100 before workout
arimidex for 6 weeks post
clomid/bromo for 3/6 weeks post
insulin/creatine for 4 weeks post (most importantly)
EPO after 4 weeks being off, for 2 weeks
IGF-1 R3 (watining on results from other guinea pigs)
no AAS what so ever, not even morning dbol nor anavar
After those 6 weeks post cycle, I quit all drugs and continue with heavy zinc/magnesium/vitamin E and nootropic therapy, powerlift routine as in short, basic and heavy.
I also never terminate my cycles with long acting stuff but switch to short acting in the end
