Muscle numbing and atrophy

I worked out about a week ago and I hate to admit it but I worked out too hard. I was benching my max, using dumbells to work my shoulders and inclined too much and caused pain and numbness in my left arm, shoulder and tricep. I didn't curl too much because my biceps were already broken down and I could only curl half of what I usually do. I went in to see my back doctor for my weekly back & spinal cord check up and him being a 18 year weight trainer, he told me it could be scar tissue and told me not to work out for a week or two. I might indeed have scar tissue, my arm is still sore after 5 days I'd say and there have been spasms. Will my arms ever be the same? Also, will I be able to lift and take my deca, d-bol, test en cycle next month without any negative effects? My arms aren't that big yet and my muscles are pretty small at the moment. Bet regards

go see a massage specialist and explain what's happening. Find someone that knows how to do trigger point massage, if you can't find one then deep tissue will be ok. I would do that atleast once a week till you feel better.

You may also try to heat up the affected (horse linaments are great) area before your workouts and ice it up post workout. Other things you may try on your own, jacuzzi, heated blanket on non training days, and massage it on your own.

There isn't really much more I can say. It seems the main point is right above my left elbow and under my tricep where it connects to the bone. I worked out my arm too hard and now it hurts. If it is a nerve injury, will It be abe to heal properly? I'm going to see my back doctor again on Thursday and he has a lady there that does massages for your back, neck, legs and arms so I might do it... it's only $45 for an hour and she is fine as hell.

I dont know if my strength has increased or decreased so if I can't tell I'm guessing that is a good thing. But it just shoots pain down my arm rarely and my pinkie and ring fingers feel like they have sand in them onc ein awhile. Right now I write this hte point in between my bicep and tricep hurts and my figers are numb with sand. lol Hope that helps in explaining what the hell I did. Best regards
