    20 year old cycle

Hey guys just wondering on your thoughts about which cycle a 20 year old should take. This would be my first time and was wondering which one yall think I would benefit most from, and also keep bloating to a minimum if any.
    I am about 5'7, 5'8
    Weight-185
body fat- idk probably about 10%
Max Numbers- Bench-385, Dead lift- 500 flat, Squats 425 (weak point)
Been lifting for about 6 years now
    Thanks in advance guys

I think you would mostly benefit fro perfecting your diet, maybe some creatine, and some protein powder supplements. Also, multi-vitamins and omega 3, 6, and 9s are good too.

If you post a pic we could give you a more accurate body fat estimate, although not as accurate as paying for a bod pod.

U bench 385 at 185lb body weight ? Thats hard to believe man. Thats pretty damn impressive to more than double your body weight. ..

And those stats for a 20 yo name are amazing also.

You dont even need to cycle with those numbers...

Shiyyut nice bench, too bad cameraman made a mess of it.

You're still to young to cycle regardless of stats, experience etc. I came here wanting to cycle as well (I'm 19 also) and ended out letting the older fellas on here talk me out of it. Since then I've done a decent amount of research and realise how stupid of an idea it was to want to start so young.

no problem sir, i usually go heavy when benching but ive done 305 for 10 reps, for only 1 set, than it would slowly go down in reps. if i were to do 3 it would probably be around 295-285.
usually do 6-2 reps when benching though

No juice? Fckin guys with genetics like this damn lol. Insane lift bro glad you posted that up. 385 is heavy for me and im pretty big guy lol. Great physique too. If you keep building your natural base until you are 24 or 25 and keep making progress you could make a career out of this sort of thing I think. You need a good coach I believe you could go far. Just leave the gear alone until you are done growing. Seriously, great job.

Not sure why his lifts are so hard to believe?? I lift with a 20 year old that has never cycled and blows me out of the water in every lift. He weighs 178lbs and his best raw bench is 500lbs and can deadlift 575lbs. His squat needs work though.( he competes in power lifting and physique)

2.8x bodyweight bench with a deadlift only 75lb stronger? Now that is hard to believe and needs video evidence.

Good lord, with genetics to look like that and have the strength to back it up that just isn't fair..lol, but good for you. You really need to decide what your goals are. Do you want to compete professionally? If so then yeah, you've probably got the genetics to do it and eventually gear would be necessary to reach a certain level. Do you just want to be an everyday badass? Well, then you're already there and it would be a shame to risk messing up your natural test production which is obviously at the top of the range. Unless you're trying to be a pro, just stay natural until you hit an age when genetics are no longer on your side.

Wether it is all what the OP says it is possible.
I've competed in a national qualifier in my 20's and my training partner at that time was benching 405 at 185 lbs.
Although I was much bigger he was surely much stronger.
Mechanics, genetics. I called him stupid strong.

OP eat clean and train hard. Wait till your over 25 and see if this is really what you want.

Situations like these just go to show you what the power of natural hormone levels at that age can do for someone who trains and eat right.

you look better than a lot of guys on here who are on juice. you have the genetics and being only 19 you still have a lot of natural gains to make. you may not believe it but 5 years from now you will be a different person. you might not like lifting as much or maybe you want to concentrate on other things in your life. doing a cycle now isn't worth it. you're already jacked anyways lol.

Why would you want to ruin the fact that you are that strong naturally by using steroids ? Just keep what your doing, take care of your body, dial in your diet and your achievements will be great.

You look like you're already on juice bro- compliment. Just keep doing EXACTLY what you're doing.

If it is something you really want to do, just give your body another couple years- not because of experience or training (which you obviously have), but because age affects a lot more than the muscular and skeletal system. If in a couple years you still want to do it, you will be already so far ahead of the game, omg, it's not even funny. That way you won't limit your maximum potential in any way, because you sir have maximum potential
