    Sleeplessness

    Has anyone experienced this. Im running an 8 week cycle of fina/enanthate . I started fina at 100ml ed and test 200mg 2x per week. It's like every mourning I wake up around 4:00. I cut the fina back to 75mg ed and still can't sleep. Is there anything I can take to help me sleep while on gear? Thought about Tylenol PM but someone here said not to because it can hinder my gains. Im only on my 2nd week and already gained a fair amount of weight. Im not sure if I can handle no sleep for the next 6 weeks. Thanks for all replys!

    Heeeeeeell yeah...

    I take some night time teas with seditive herbs to get me relaxed. Eat Turkey as a night time protein source. Sometimes pop a Melatonin. And when all else fails - a grab the bottle of Green Death (probably not the right thing).

    Which one one those script choices do you think would be the safest - nonhabit forming?

    Also is Diphenhydramine, OTC? Is that the brand name?

    devolping a habit to have to take a pill everynight to goto sleep is almost worse then not getting enough sleep. SO becarful on what u choose to help with your problem

    i have crazy insomnia from just stress and anxiety alone. When on the 1-ad it was worse. Plan on a cycle real soon but first i got my prescrip for ambiens 10mg. I take all the over the counter stuff as well so be carefull u dont end up like me!

    try melatonin you can get it at gnc it's cheap and effective.

    dude AMbien is some wild shit. it made my wife trip out. Just use Nyquil.

    Yeah I love Nyquil but it has acetominephen in it...GHB would work well for sleep in smaller doses but it is kinda sketchy and you have to be really careful with that stuff...
