    powertime

    my stats 22 years 5-11 200pound
    workout in 4 years CLEAN
    just lost 20pound in 12 weeks 12pounds of fat and 8 pounds mucsle

    (becourse my girl friend left me and that sucks but great for cutting)

    FIRST CYCLE
    1-2 60MG D-BOL
    1-6 400MG CYP
    1-3 ** EQ THAT SHIT DOES REALLY HURT LIKE SHIT I HATE ** 4 EVER
    BUT NOT THE TABS
    i stop becourse off eq pain to much


    ready for my 2cycle
    1-3 cyp 600mg
    4-10 cyp 200mg
    4-10 tren eod 100mg (its goiNg to be pain full with prop and tren)
    4-10 winny 100mg ** tabs
    4-10 prop
    1-5 T3 max 75-100 mcg (i will work my way up and then down agein)
    CLEAN 14 days on 14 days off

    am i that crasy
    i what to get my fat % down and get more muscle
    i am going cardio 3 times a week 20min.
    when off t3 i am going to do 4 times at 30min
    my protein will be at 4-600grams and kcal will be at 3000-3500

    That seems pretty complicated for a second cycle. Eq didn't give me any pain, you should make sure it wasn't fake. Also, I wouldnt drop the cypionate to 200mg, I'd drop it to 400mg and take out the prop. Don't forget to use Nolvadex , you'll probably need it on that cycle. best regards
