Beginner cycle

just joined the forum looking foward to getting lots of good info.
Started with Sus. 500wk & deca 400wk for 10 weeks. Would lie to
start cuttig cycle any recommendations?

A good beginners cutting cycle:

Wks 1-10: 400mg EQ/Wk
Wks 7-12: 50mg Winny/ED

Start Clomid at Wk13 at 300mg/1st day; 100mg/days 2-10; 50mg/days 11-20. Add a little milk thistle at 1000mg/ED for your liver. Have Nolva on hand just in case, but at that dose, its unlikely. Train hard, eat clean, and don't forget the cardio and you'll have some nice keepable gains. Good luck.

use :
winny 50mg/EOD weeks1-8
EQ 400mg/wk weeks1-10

Go with this cycle, but run the EQ for 12 weeks and move the winny to wks 9-14 if possible.
