Time off from training after cycle? If so, when? Im burning out hard
After 2 years of lifting without a break, I am wearing thin. 6 weeks after a cycle and Im really wore down. I want and need a week off badly. Any thoughts on how this will effect my post cycle losses. Again 6 weeks out from Eq/Deca /D bol run. 22lb gain, kept 18 thus far. A week off would be great. Any thoughts?

Go ahead and take a week off. You will come back stronger, bigger and feel like a madman when you finally return to the gym. Your body is trying to tell you something. I take off one week every six months, to recuperate physically and mentally. You may want to try it so you don't burn yourself out. Just make sure you return in a weeks time, you don't want a week to turn into months. I hope this helps, and goodluck to youl.

Just make sure to keep your diet in check.

i take a week off every 12 weeks some times every 6 weeks
I have becourse off my wrist problems taken 4-5 weeks off
last monday I was back trying to lift heavy and i was stronger
then I have ever been my dumbell benchpress went up 11 pounds
and i did more reps than i did before with 11 pounds less
so take time off and dont do heavy all the time
try 50-100 rep 9 set off flyers/press for cheast that day
that will also stronger the next time
or that is what it did for my
