How low could a guy get his BF% without using AAS ,or fatburners?
If he was to rely on diet ,cardio ,and training only. How low could a guy get his bodyfat percentage without using steroids ,or fat burners like clen ,T3 ,DNP ,NYC ,ECA ,ect...? Assuming that he was deticated and disciplined enough to stick with the program. And his diet ,and exercise routine were in check. Thanks guys.
