    test enan injection

    I took a shot of test-e on sunday and my arm is still hurting me from the shot. How long you think until it will heal? I did chest today and my arm gave out during my inclines. Is this normal with a shot of test-e

    you must of did a bad shot, eth usually has no pain give it a few days you should be fine. It happens to us all from time to time

    Try ur next shot in ur ass...or maybe massage the area and maybe try something like icy hot or something like that.

    Inject slower, rub afterwards, the deeper in the muscle the better, warm up the Enath a bit first, inject it with some B12 or Deca . All these things will help injection pain, anthough Enath shouldnt be giving you too much pain anyways bro... might wanna look into that.

    Sounds like you hit a bad spot bro.Although it's like djjon said,there are some tests out their that hurt a little more than others.try injecting in your ass or try the other shoulder and remember where you shot yourself on the other shoulder and try not to hit the same spot.Good Luck!!
