I have read that th minimum amount of calories one should consume to maintain bw is 10 cals per lb of bw. That is with no activity. What should your calories be while cutting and bulking? And how should this differ if you are using AS? Also is your body type a factor? No one talks about it, but most people I see on here are ectomorphs or mesomorphs. Should an endomorph follow the same guide lines? I am an endomorph and gaining muscle is not the problem, it's getting cut. I hav been natural for over a year and have only done a few stacks prior to that and I stay at about 270 at 5'10" and 18% bf with out gear.
