keeping up the cals after cycle.....

fixing to close my sust cycle in a few days, and 3 weeks after my last shot, I'm starting clomid. How long should I keep my calories high, throughout clomid therapy, or up until or what?

    yep,
keep 'em high until your clomid therapy is over. especially if your cycle was 10 weeks or less. then you can back the workout down a little, along with the cals.

i usually wait about two weeks after clomid therapy to start slowing down on workout and calories..if your trying to loose some weight after your cycle..if you loose more than 1 and 1/2 pounds per week i would say that it is some muscle you've lost...my 2cc's..Madmax..

Yes keep them up constant through clomid.

After that I like to take them down gradually at about 50 cals a day(roughly300-400 a week) to a little above maintenance.

If you start to see fat accumulating, raise cardio slightly and reduce the number of meals you eat carbs with so less insulin spikes are encountered.
