i take 5 grams og creatin before work out and 2 grams of glutimin after work out is it right

You should actually preload those supps. Your first week your gonna want to "saturate" your muscles. Take 10-20grms(depending on your body weight) of each ED split in two doses, preferbly pre/post workout. After your first week, maintenance is 10-15grms of each ED, again, split into two doses pre/post workout. After a couple months your gonna want to cycle off for about two wks. It'll be like your cleaning your system out. Then you can go ahead and repeat the cycle again. Good luck.
