would a 10 week cycle of qv test enan be good for if you have a light build and you want to keep most of your gains?

Well, everyone wants to keep their gains.....

How much test were you planning to run?

I'd really suggest you stack it with something else. Deca is always good.. add some D-bol to kick-start your cycle..

The key to your cycle is going to be diet. Skinny guys have a hard time gaining, even when on cycle. Set your alarm clock to wake you up a 3am to eat.. Make sure you eat a decent sized meal at 8am, noon, 5pm, 10pm and 3am. Lotsa snacks etc in between... don't be afraid of the junk food and fast food.

i was 145 when i started cycling..now 4 cycles later i'm 224...even for a skinny person you will not keep your gains without a clean diet...give me your stats and i can give you better advice...Madmax..

IMO KJ, you are at a very crucial age for gaining muscle. I see you already fucked yourself over by wasting money on juice. No offense, but it doesn't seem like you are trying hard enough training and working on a regular diet.
