I Need Some help

im on a diet that where you cant eat any sugar. And im getting sick of eating white rice, chicken breast and tuna all the time. Does anyone know of any other foods that contain absolutely NO sugar.

i know.

1. white rice
2. steak, tuna, fish, chicken breast.

dont contain sugar. BUT what other foods dont have sugar. Thanks guys

you should post this in the diet forum bro. are you trying to lean down? all meats have no sugar in it, pasta is good as well.
Are you diabetic thats why you want to stay away from sugars?
