Try valium or rohypnol. There are others but i dont know what you have in the UK.
As far as im aware, I think Rohypnol has been banned in the UK as it was classified as a "rape drug"

Try melatonin it's not a drug it's a supplement and is 100% safe. In the uk you may be able to get tryptophan which will do the trick as well. Both are also cheap.
