lifting break in middle of cycle...
I will be going out of town on a snowboard trip from march 22-29. I was going to start a cycle feb 1 of prop/eq/winny. during that week, i wont be able to lift at all. Should i wait till april to start you think? or you think that week wont be that bad off since ill be in 8 weeks already??

8 weeks in is a great time to cut the calories way way down and take off some fat. I don't lift when i'm burning fat - I keep more muscle that way. But i'm unlike most people - I burn fat without cardio. I can think about a diet and lose weight. I can eat 4 meals a day and lose weight. I don't know about you - you may have to work out to keep the muscle - but the snowboarding will be plenty of "cardio" - use the time away from the gym to burn fat.
