My goal is to gain 20 pounds, I currently weigh 160.

you're not going to gain too much at those dosages, I suggest 500 sus and 250 deca , throw in some d-bol too and you'll have your gains in at least an 8 week cycle bro. By the way how old are you?

not near enough info to talk about cycles.

give us some stats, workout routine and or diet

its important to look at the big picture when designing a cycle, its not always about numbers or amounts.

Hey thanks for the positve feedback, how much d-bol should I take and when? Another thing about how much would this cost?

    I'm 21 years old.

    Thanks

I usually workout five days a week for about 2hr, mostly one muscle group at time.

I try to eat about 270 grams of protien in my daily diet, and try to keep out as much fat as possible. I eat three to four meals a day with protien shakes in between.

    Do ALOT more research!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Not meant as a flame, but do yourself a favor and read all you can and stay on this board for a while before you try and jump into a cycle. You could probably do alot naturally for a while.

Your overtraining! You are working one muscle for two hours...You should get to failure way before two hours for one muscle. You need to not only research info on gear, but also training and nutrition.

What i meant is i usually at the gym for 2 hours, but I'm not constantly working out for a full two hours. I would estimate i work out for about 60 min total time.
