200mg Crystal
200mg Crystal

400mg Crystal
400mg Crystal
supplement with Vitamin E and Glycerol (once daily)
Also drink a lot of V8 juice (Low soduim, which has 900mg of potassuim)
i'll keep some potassuim citrate around in case of acidity..
and ofcourse, LOTS of water..
