take clen all at once or spread it out?

i was wondering if somebody could tell me if it was more effective if i take all my clen dosage for the day (ex. 3,4,5 pills) at once or if I should spread it out throughout the day..or does it not matter?

With a half life of 35 hours, it doesn't really matter, but I found it best to take twice, breakfast and lunch. You souldn't take Clen right before a workout, or after 4PM as it makes it hard to sleep. There was a good post by BigAndy69 on clen, try to search for it.
