    what should my diet be

    what should i be eating, how much protein, should i stay away from carbs,fat or just eat like a slob.

    What does your cycle look like and what are your goals (bulking or cutting)? What cycle is this for ya? Can't really help much without this information. I'd say eat clean and do whatever to get enough good clean calories(4000-5000). If ya have any more questions just ask.

    Pursonally I would still eat mostly clean with most foods being tuna, turkey, grilled chicken, steak, protein shakes, milk, etc(protein)... wheat bread, oatmeal, yogurt, rice, vegtables, etc(carbs)...cheese, flaxed oil, etc(fats). But since its a bulking cycle get more calories and have a day or two that are cheat days where ya eat burgers, pizza, fried chicken, etc so ya get enough calories but ya still get enough protein. Do this on your off day(s) since eating too much junk may effect your workout and doing this on an off day may give ya more energy for your workout the next few days. Plus on a bulking cycle concentrate on just liftin and not much if any cardio. You will put on some fat but ya can drop that after your cycle. If you do put more fat on than you want then just add some cardio after your workouts. Hope this helps a little and good luck.

    how much are you running of the gear?? curious
    i think you will have to run a high calorie diet with the deca .
