Injection times ??
Hey,
plan on starting this cycle in the next few days
deca 200 mg a wk.
aratest 250 mg a wk.
dbol 30 mg daily.
i am aware of the ratio u should keep between test and deca ( 2 : 1 ) however, for my first cycle I am trying to keep the dosages relatively low. Here are my questions. How often should I inject if i plan on using a total of 450 mg weekly. should I break it up into two shots a week to keep the half life ? Or is one shot okay every seven days ? Also, the dbol I have denkall 10mg caps. Is their a specific amount of time i would need to take them before working out ? Thanks guys.

The more frequent the shots, the more consistant the blood levels. So it would be best to do a shot twice a week. Allthough since your running such low doses, I would advise on a shot every 3 days.
As far as the dbol, take them 3x a day 10 in the morning, 10 before workout, 10 before bed.

Please tell me this is a typo!!!! That would be like 150mg a day of dbol!!!! :lol:
you could also try doing 1cc of each every 5 days.
