Gyno Surgery! (Right Cherry has a lump)

I have a mild case of gyno in my right cherry.

I'm thinking of cutting it out, cause it's free where I live.

What I wanted to ask is what kind of anasthetic is used? General or just local?

Is the operation small, is it a keyhole operation?

I'd say have some guy pop your cherry,your too old to be a virgin!
But really if you can get surgery for free by a DOCTOR then you'd be a fool not to have it checked out.
If your talking about cutting it out yourself your just a fool!
