clen+t3 ... diet question

i was reading a post : http://www.anabolicreview.com/vbulle...threadid=23808 . and my question is what is the best way to cycle clen and t-3 together for dieting?

my clen is **;s stuff : New 0.2mg Clenbuterol is
10x stronger than normal clen (without ketotifen)

and my t-3 is also **'s : T-3 thyroid -
hormone40mcg

any help would be much appreciated.
